Every month the City receives information about city-issued checks that have not been cashed. If a current list is available, it will be published below as "Unclaimed Check List." The last date to claim previously published checks was May 20, 2011, A new list will be published in April 2012.” .
To request a re-issuance of a check you are entitled to, please download the Unclaimed Money – Claim Form and the Stop Payment Request Form below. Complete the required information and either mail or bring into our office at the following address:
