Municipal Storm Water Program- NPDES Phase II

The Municipal Storm Water Program is designed to implement the requirements of the Federal Clean Water Act and the State's Porter Cologne Water Quality Act, as administered by the State Water Quality Control Board and the Regional Water Quality Control Board - Region 3. The provisions of the required Storm Water Management Program (SWMP) address Storm Water Pollution Prevention throughout Lompoc. The requirements of the Regional Water Quality Control Board as identified in the City's SWMP apply to new construction, redevelopment, business and industry and residential use of properties within the City of Lompoc.
